The SpecServis team successfully completed a comprehensive major renovation of a civil protection facility — a radiation protection shelter — as well as the premises intended for the installation of a CT scanner at the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 12.
The facility serves a dual purpose: under normal conditions, the premises are used to accommodate diagnostic medical equipment, while in the event of a threat, they fulfill their primary function as a civil protection shelter. Therefore, all design and construction solutions were developed in full compliance with the applicable Ukrainian building regulations (DBN) governing dual-purpose shelter facilities.
