My name is Vladyslav Pashkov,
and I am the Chief Executive Officer of SpecServis.

While SpecServis was officially established in 1999, its true story began much earlier – rooted in the experience, expertise, and traditions of our family. I represent the third generation of builders in my family. My grandfather and father devoted their lives to this profession, working on complex engineering projects and passing on to me not only technical knowledge and professional skills, but also the values that matter most: responsibility, precision, and respect for every project.

These principles have become the foundation of our company. SpecServis is more than a business – it is the continuation of a family legacy, where the experience of previous generations is combined with modern approaches, advanced technologies, and effective management practices.

Today, we remain committed to the same standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism that have guided us from the very beginning, while continuously evolving to meet the challenges of the future.

Today, SpecServis is:

27 years of experience – we have successfully delivered hundreds of projects of varying scale and complexity, ranging from local engineering solutions to major public infrastructure facilities. This extensive experience enables us to work effectively with both public-sector organizations and private investors.
