The SpecServis team designed the ventilation and air conditioning systems for the headquarters of JSC UkrSibbank in Kharkiv, an administrative building with a total floor area of 2,500 m². The project included thermal load calculations for open-plan office areas, meeting rooms, and server rooms with stringent temperature control requirements.
The solution was developed to achieve an optimal balance between energy efficiency and occupant comfort. It features dedicated air conditioning circuits for zones with different thermal loads, a supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, and the ability to manage indoor climate conditions independently on each floor through zoned control.
