SpecServis designed ventilation and air conditioning systems for multiple functional areas of the Jack House residential complex, each with its own indoor climate requirements, including the restaurant, kitchen, fitness center, and SPA facilities.
Each area was equipped with a customized engineering solution: high-capacity exhaust ventilation with grease filtration for the kitchen, increased air exchange rates for the fitness center, humidity control for the SPA area, and comfortable air conditioning for the restaurant.
