The government says it should become the norm by the coming winter. The key concept is autonomous community water supply, and it has now become a top priority in strengthening Ukraine\u2019s critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The large-scale initiative was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration and Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba. This is not an isolated repair project in a single city but a comprehensive response to two years of attacks on critical infrastructure.
